This year, the Spring Fling Tournament is proud to partner with NMDP℠ Get in the Game to bring purpose to play. Every goal, every pass, and every moment on the field helps give hope to patients fighting life‑threatening blood cancers and disorders.

Joining the NMDP Registry℠ means you could be the lifesaving match a patient has been waiting for. Young athletes make incredible donors—your strength, health, and commitment can directly impact someone fighting for their life.
Signing up takes just a few minutes. While a simple cheek swab could lead to saving a life, you could be a patient's only match—their only hope for a cure. When you register, you’re committing to donating to any patient in the world, even if you’re joining on behalf of a specific person.
NMDP Get in the Game
NMDP Get in the Game harnesses the power of athletics to recruit students to join the NMDP Registry as potential blood stem cell donors. By hosting registry recruitment events, college teams inspire thousands of athletes and students each year to step up and make a difference.
The program was founded by Coach Andy Talley, Head Football Coach Emeritus at Villanova, in partnership with NMDP. Today, the support of athletic communities—like the Spring Fling tournament—continues to expand what’s possible. Together, we can find cures and save lives.
